shipping & store policies


production time:

some items are in stock and ready to ship, and some others are made to order.  please allow 1-2 weeks for me to make your order & shipping time on top of that.  

payment: 

payments are securely processed via stripe.  all prices are listed in canadian dollars, canadian residents, applicable taxes will be added to your order.  

shipping:

orders are shipped via canada post from montreal.  packages to the united states and international orders are shipped airmail.  all packages are shipped insured.  shipping to canada and the united states is $5 for the first item and shipping for additional items are $2 each.  

shipping times are as follows: 

  • canada:  2-7 business days
  • united states:  10-14 business days
  • international: 10-24 business days  ( for some horrible reason orders to germany & australia can take up to 2 months, sorry.) 

some countries will have customs and duty fees, please be aware that you will be responsible for those fees.

orders are shipped in recyclable corrugated cardboard mailers, made from 70% post consumer recycled waste. 

guarantee: 

i want you to be pleased with your purchase! if you ever have any problems with any of the jewelry with normal wear within three years of purchase, please contact me and i'll be happy to repair or replace it.  this does not include chains.  

sterling silver jewelry will develop a patina and darken over time, the best way to take care of your jewelry is to clean it gently with a soft jewelry polishing cloth to bring back the shine and original brightness.  do not use toothpaste or other chemical silver cleaners.  don't sleep with your jewelry on, or wear it in the shower.  

oxidized jewelry will become brighter and more silver the more you wear it.  

refund policy: 

no refunds except for if there is damage from shipping or something crazy wrong or defective with your order. (example: your ordered a diamond ring, and i sent you a bag of cat hair.)  

refunds are not accepted if it's the wrong size or if you've changed your mind. please make sure you order the correct ring size.  rings are listed in US ring sizes.  i provide as many measurements as possible, but if you have any questions or need additional information, please contact me before ordering.
